The MD Survey is the questionnaire that delivers the data as input for the MD Profile. The results of the Survey give organizations, teams and individuals insight into what drives them. An understanding of drives is essential if you wish to develop yourself and want to have an impact on your team and organization.
The Survey software works based on information that emerges from the answers to twenty questions. The software then calculates the MD Profile in which people’s drives are reflected. Individual MD Profiles can be combined to a Group profile.
The MD Survey is available for specific target groups: business, education, sport, health care, young professional and young adults. The survey is available in more than 25 languages and is suitable for a wide range of target groups.
Within a few questions you reveal the culture within each team. See which behavior they need to develop or let go or if they are doing things right. Combine these insights with the MD group profile and you have the perfect foundation for any team in order to utilize their potential.
