The MD survey is an online survey that results in a Management Drives profile. The MD Survey give organizations, teams, and individuals insight into what drives them. Your drives determine your perception, the way you think and the way you do things. There is no right or wrong. The survey consists of 20 questions. The data from this survey is used to compose the Management Drives profile.

Easy to understand MD Profile

The result of the survey is an easy-to-understand Management Drives Profile. The Management Drives profile consists of four graphs with six drives. Identifying what drives you, how you think, observe and act, what you reject, where you get energy from and what concerns you most when under pressure.

You can access your MD Profile in the MD App. That way your profile is always accessible and even comes with a detailed explanation. Connect with others and share your profile them. Become aware of their drives and where you complement each other.
