Management Drives show that people, teams and organisations have dominant thinking patterns and habits. These thinking patterns are the result of drives, which to a large extent predict how you behave, and how your team and organisation operates.

The MD Profiles certification provides a sound basis where you learn how you can use Management Drives to help individuals and teams improve their performance.

The methodology

With Management Drives you will get in-depth understanding of individuals, teams and organisations. Practical without excessive simplification. During this course you become acquainted with the Management Drives model that is based on six drives and free of judgement. With Management Drives you have a solid foundation to guide team development.

Each drive can differ in both sequence and strength for individuals as well as teams. You will learn the essence of each drive, the strengths and pitfalls. This means that a great number of personal profiles and leadership styles are possible. In addition, you learn to distinguish the positive and negative aspects of each drive. All represented in the MD profile.

For Individuals

Determine what drives someone and present this knowledge to the recipient in an understandable way. Gain understanding how drives work on a personal level and get skilled in giving advice on further development. You not only master the theory of drives and leadership, but you can also apply the new knowledge in practice.

The course also helps you in your own leadership. You are presented with a mirror, because your drives determine how you view someone else’s drives. What will you keep, develop and let go?

For Groups, Teams and Organisations

After learning how to interpret an MD Profile including advise on development, you continue with group profiles. The combination of the individual results provides a quick insight into the drives of a group. This is key for establishing the best way to manage them and any actions that may be required.

You learn how to analyse the team profiles and to give non-judgemental feedback, so that the group becomes aware of its drives, strengths and pitfalls. You learn how diversity works and how teams can change in a way that gives energy. During the course, you also familiarise yourself with the unique MD Team scan, providing a detailed analysis of the culture.

Access to the MD Software

As a certified partner you get access to the MD Pro software. In the MD Pro can invite respondents for surveys, create teams and perform workshops with MD Profiles. ‘Colour in’ teams and organisations and help them to implement Management Drives with the MD App.
