I’m a naturally curious and people-driven professional who thrives on connection, strategy and impact. With eight years of experience in international teams and cross-cultural communication, I help organizations collaborate more effectively and unlock their full potential.

I started my career working with local producers from India to Ecuador, witnessing firsthand how business and impact are deeply connected. Together, we worked on fair wages, training programs, and literacy initiatives – which really ignited my passion for cross-cultural collaboration.

After moving to Singapore, I represented Dutch businesses in the Asian market and worked with a diverse group of international professionals. I found it incredibly inspiring to see how cultural differences, rather than being obstacles, actually drive innovation and fresh ideas.
