Giselle Fransen, born in 1964, is a trainer in heart and soul. Originally trained as an instructor in Physical Education, she worked in thie fi eld for two years. She then traded the world of education for the pharmaceutical business community, holding several sales & marketing and training management positions. This also led to relevant training programmes.
After 15 years, in 2007, she deliberately made the switch to Management Drives. She is very enthusiastic about helping people and organisations grow and prosper. Having a background in sports, she enjoys the physical and emotional sides of the work, in addition to the mental aspect in terms of together pursuing results and growth.
As a Trainer/Consultant, she has her own unique coaching style and stands alongside people, with respect for the individuality, drives and competencies of every individual. Management Drives suits her perfectly and helps her understand what moves people and teams, since development is only possible if people work based on their individuality and drives.
