Hi! Great to hear that you‘re interested in finding out more about Management Drives. My name is Denise Capello and based on my passion for people and culture I’m driven to bring together professionals and jointly work on building success. Here at Management Drives that means I’m looking for partners to conquer the world together and put Management Drives on the international map.

I was able to experience the power of the Management Drives tools and methodology first-hand when I was responsible for the Business Development team at the Amsterdam RAI venue. As a manager I wanted to gain a better understanding of the drives of my team once I realised that my approach had a different effect on each and every individual. Whereas I would have a constructive discussion with one person, I subsequently wasn’t able to get my message across to the next person. When I thought that my commercial objectives would encourage everyone to take action, it turned out that wasn’t always the case. Comprehending my own drives and those of my fellow team members gave us a better understanding of each other. Our biggest common denominator (orange) meant that for us, everything was about success. The team scan made it clear what our blind spot was, enabling us to work on a solution. The communication changed and we became a much more effective commercial team, all looking towards that same dot on the horizon.
