Every athlete is looking for the right combination for their own top performance. What athletes experience is the same for employees in business. Dealing with pressure, performance, winning, working as a team, focusing on your task and not getting distracted.

Drives form the link between what you think you can do and what you actually do. Drives thus give direction to your abilities but say nothing about their quality. During a sports clinic, you will experience your own and other people’s drives. It is amazing, direct, confronting and fun. In a sports clinic, you will directly apply and experience your insights too.

The theory will be presented in a concise manner. As quickly as possible, we move on to the individual profiles, because understanding and image are created faster if people can see profiles and link them to colleagues. In a basic session, we look at individual profiles and the team profile. From the profiles, we also look at cooperation, communication, motivation and dealing with pressure. All elements which return in the second part of the programme, namely sports.

When we do sports, drives are really perceived, experienced and felt. During the sports part, we regularly evaluate and mirror based on the profiles. Participants learn very fast and the experience is also taken back to the work floor after a sports clinic. The metaphor of sport and experiencing drives creates continuous movement in a team.
